Casa Almagra is much more than just tourist accommodation. It’s an architectural restoration project that aims to breathe new life into three traditional houses in the historic center of Trujillo, applying genuine sustainability criteria: local materials, traditional construction techniques, and conscious decisions in every detail.
Each of the houses has been restored while preserving its original essence: stone walls, vaulted ceilings, natural lime plaster, wooden joinery, and the living texture of time. Our aim is not only to offer a beautiful space, but to demonstrate that it is possible to live in heritage with dignity, caring for both people and the environment.

We know that when you’re planning a getaway, you want everything to be clear: schedules, access, services, recommendations… That’s why we’ve compiled the most common questions from our guests here. If you need anything else or have any specific queries, we’ll be happy to help you before, during, and after your stay.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, so the house is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
If you need flexibility with the times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there parking near the accommodation?
Yes. Casa Almagra has private parking, with space for one or two vehicles, so you can forget about looking for parking and enjoy your stay in total comfort from the first moment.
Is the accommodation close to the historic center?
Casa Almagra is located in the heart of Trujillo’s historic center. From the house you can walk in a few minutes to the Plaza Mayor, the castle and the main points of interest, without needing to use the car.
Is it possible to cook at the accommodation?
Yes. The house is fully equipped for cooking, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need to prepare your own meals in complete comfort during your stay.
